Coventry Advantra Medicare Advantage plans are very strong plans for 2009. We hope that you are well on your way to becoming certified for 2009. In order to help you through this sometimes confusing process we have prepared this e-mail to outline the primary steps to complete the 2009 process and be ready to start selling November 15th.

How do I get appointed with Coventry?

Follow These Steps...
1. Complete and sign the Contract Information Sheet
2. Complete and sign the Participating Agent Addendum.
3. Complete and sign the Acknowledgement and Authorization for
Consumer Reports.
4. Complete the W-9
5. EFT Authorization for Direct Deposit w/voided check (optional).
6. Copy of your individual state insurance license.

Step 1

Complete your On-Line Training by going to:

Click Here Coventry Advantra Freedom Agent Login/Registration and 2009 Training

Once on Coventry's website click on Login/Register. All agents, existing and new, must pass on-line test before accessing agent portal. New agents - you will need enter your email address and under Access Code choose a product line from the drop down and then enter the appropriate code listed below. When testing is complete print off a copy of your test results.

Step 2

Each agent must complete the Coventry Advantra Contracting Paperwork Click Here For Coventry Advantra Contracting Paperwork and fax it back to us at (817) 306-2357.

Step 3

Fax us all the contracting paperwork and proof of having completed the online certifications to (817) 306-2357. Then call or e-mail Casey McDougle at toll free (877) 437-5010 extension #4308 or e-mail to Casey Mcdougle to confirm receipt.
