From Coventry PFFS: NEW! Email Notifications to Writing Agents from Brokers Services Department

Applications Uploaded to the Application Tracking System; License Expiration Notification

Beginning March 18th, the Coventry Broker Services Department will implement a new email notification system to inform writing agents when a submitted and complete application has been uploaded to our Application Tracking System. Emails also will be sent to agents to inform and remind them when a license expiration date is approaching, which requires action on their part.

The three types of emails sent from pffsbrokersupport@cvty.com will be sent to the agent's email address on file with the Coventry Broker Services Department. The subject line of the emails will indicate one of the following topics:

In situations where a submitted application is incomplete (i.e., missing or invalid AWN), or requires a Request for Information letter, delayed notification may occur.
