HealthSpring's credentialing and certification
process for 2011 is currently available online. This interactive
session is required for all agents who plan to sell HealthSpring
products in 2011. We are excited to have you engage in this process
and become a part of our team! Getting started with the
2011 Credentialing and Certification process is very simple if you
follow the instructions listed
below: Agents appointing with
HealthSpring: 1) Please go online
to http://agents2011.healthspring.com and
complete the information in the first(upper) gray box.
a. Please enter your First Name and Last
Name as they appear on your insurance license. Enter your Social
Security number(no dashes), a password of your own choosing, andthen
confirm your password. Finally, enter your Client Package Code(see
next bullet point).
b. Your Client Package Code for
2011 is Empower2011(case sensitive). Click "Logon To
nomoreforms" to
continue. 2) You will see
a list of required forms to complete. All forms will show as
Incomplete. You should click on each individual form to complete,
and then click "Agree" at the bottom of the form in order to confirm
completion.
a. When filling
out the HealthSpring Broker Information Sheet 2011, it is imperative
that all information is entered correctly. Your name must be entered
exactly as it appears on your insurance license, including your
middle initial, if applicable. If you are having a problem entering
your social security number or other information in the Broker
Information Sheet, please contact the Help Desk for
nomoreforms at 1-800-686-8279 (8 am - 7 pm EST). They have
a work-around for this problem.
b. You will
receive several emails throughout the course of the certification
process, so entering your correct, unique email address is
absolutely necessary to complete the entire certification process
for 2011*.
c. Please
note that some of the forms are informational only. They just
require that you read the information then click
"Agree."
d. Once you have
agreed to all the required forms, they should all show as
"Complete." You must then click on "Submit Forms."
You may be required to re-enter your password and click
"Submit Forms" a second time. This is normal.
e. You will know
that the information has been submitted successfully when a
confirmation number is displayed.
f.
This submission will trigger a license check and background check.
Once these checks are completed (usually within 3-5 business days),
an email will be sent to you which contains a link to the required
online training. 3) When
you receive the link to the online training, it will direct you to a
webpage where you will enter some required information in order to
register for the training. a. You
will be asked to enter your name and email address. Please use the
same email address you previously entered in nomoreforms.Your
username will be your email address, and you will be able to choose
your own password.
b. Once you
complete all modules, all module exams, and successfully pass the
HealthSpring 2011 Final Exam, you will be sent an email listing
contact information for the HealthSpring managers in each market. A
HealthSpring representative will also be notified of your completion
and asked to contact you to schedule a required face-to-face
training session.
If you need to take a break during the training,
please finish the current module or exam before exiting the
training. Exiting prior to completing the Module or Exam may
cause a delay in completing your
training. Upon completing the online
training, successfully passing the online exam, and completing the
face-to-face training in each market in which you intend to sell,
you will be appointed with HealthSpring and will be notified once
you are certified to sell for HealthSpring for 2011. As always, we
