For commissions from the carrier, you’ll need to update your preferences directly with them. Our contracting personnel can help if needed.

If you are paid commissions from Empower Brokerage, please submit an updated EFT form, found here.

IMPORTANT: You will want to be sure the information is updated on Surancebay so that all new contracts are submitted with the new information.
