Job Type: Full-Time

Base Pay: $14.00 – $15.00 per hour

Compensation: Base + Commissions

Job Description:

We are looking for high-energy, hard-working agents to join our Empower Call Center team! Empower Brokerage is a Nationwide FMO with more than 45 years of experience. We contract with over 100 major carriers to offer Life, Health, and Annuities to our clients. Our products include Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Under 65 Individual and Group Major Medical, Term/IUL/Whole Life, Annuities, and Ancillary Products.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
  • Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients’ needs
  • Resolve client inquiries and complaints
  • Expand business reach through networking techniques
  • Comply with insurance standards and regulations

Requirements:

  • Must have a Texas General Lines Life & Health License
  • Must be available to work full-time from home
  • Must be self-motivated, have good time management skills, and be a team player
  • Must have good sales, customer service, and communication skills
  • Previous sales and/or customer service experience

Training:

  • 3-day New Agent Training
  • Hands-on training with the team manager and/or senior agents
  • Ongoing one-on-one product training with our internal product specialists, monthly webinars, onsite monthly training with product experts, online training, and instructional videos

  • Sales support from management and corporate product experts who can help you with sales lyrics and generate quotes
  • Technology – Comparative Raters, Lead Management Software
  • Leads – Referrals from doctor and hospital groups, Alpha Leads, BRC Leads, Lead-Maximizer (customizable prospect list)
