Access Requirements: Available after contracting with 3-4 carriers through Empower.
Credits System: Start with 2,000 credits, each generating a unique contact. Productive agents earn additional credits.

Social Media Leads

Our marketing team generates leads through innovative social media campaigns at no cost to agents.

Lead Types: ACA and Medicare leads available.
How It Works: Leads are distributed once prospects interact with ads and share contact information.

Eligibility Requirements:

ACA Leads: Contract with 3 competitive ACA carriers in the target states.
Medicare Leads: Contract with 3 competitive Medicare Advantage and Supplement carriers through Empower.

Alpha Leads

Empower generates high-quality leads through telemarketing, connecting interested clients with agents via LeadServ.

Lead Process: Clients complete a survey and request to speak with a health insurance professional.

Eligibility Requirements:

Contract with 3 competitive Medicare Advantage and Supplement carriers.
Complete the “Alpha Leads Advanced Training” on Empower’s website.

Performance Incentive: Productive agents have greater access to Alpha Leads.

Retail Opportunities

Empower offers agents the chance to work shifts at retail booths, creating organic client interactions.
