In an on‐going effort to keep you informed, we are making system enhancements to our commission tier structure. These enhancements will ensure your first commission payment of 2016 is calculated and paid accurately. Final commission tier levels will be assigned on February 10.
Your 2016 January and February Aetna and CoventryOne on- and off-exchange commissions will be paid by the end of February. The Aetna compensation check run schedule is located on Producer World®.

Executive Competitive commission for new business and renewals 5 – 19
*Your 2016 commission tier will be based on enrolled and paid new and renewing members that are assigned to you and in force January 1, 2016. Minimum of 5 members in your book of business is required by January 1, 2016 sold effective dates to continue to sell new business in 2016.
Remember, we’ll count every renewal and every new enrolled and paid member in your individual book of business by January 1, 2016 before we assign your final commission level on February 10.
We’ve also made it easy to keep track of your individual plan book of business on Producer World. It provides more comprehensive reporting including both Aetna and Coventry plans — which we know is important to you. Once you log in to Producer World, click “view your book of business” on the Quick links tab.
Coming soon
In February, Coventry brokers will begin receiving their monthly commission statement via email. And later this year, Coventry commission statements will be available for view on Producer World. Aetna brokers can view their commission statements on Producer World now.
