New Website Tour Video
The new Empower Brokerage website is packed full of new features and, for some existing users, the navigation may seem unfamiliar. This video will explain our new support environment, how to find things you need, and utilize Empower Brokerage in ways you never knew existed. Please take time to view the video and then practice what you see.
- Primary Agent Portal – Accessed by the link in the upper right of your screen, the Agent Portal is the main landing page for Empower Brokerage agents. There, you’ll find a general welcome area with new important links, announcements, tips, contests and awards trip details.
- Key menu items to explore:
- Products – The new products area houses our carrier portfolio. Visitors can filter our carriers by product category. Users can do the same, with the addition of carrier resources with just a click of the carrier logo.
- Tools / Agent Tools – The tools menu item becomes Agent Tools, once logged in, and displays all of the agent tools available from Empower Brokerage. The Lead Maximizer, Comparative Raters, I-Go e-app, and much more can be found in the Agent Tools area.
- Contracting – Visit here to add carriers, or to join Empower. There’s also a tutorial video to show how the agent contracting portal works.
- Training – The training link connects you to Empower University, an online learning center with dynamic class content. These classes operate much like online CE providers. You can start a course, get out, and come back where you left off. There are quizzes along the way and, at the end, you can print a completion certificate. The training area will also house our video library, which can be sorted by category.
- Events – Our booking system contains live seminars as well as webinars. Many of our webinars also provide the ability to watch a past recorded session, so agents won’t miss important content.
