Follow these steps to get a Health Sherpa account with Empower Brokerage:
- Fill out the Empower ACA engine registration fillable form and return to ACA@empowerbrokerage.com or fax the completed form to (817)-410-5999. The ACA team will work diligently to process your Health Sherpa request.
- We also need the FFM user id, as shown in the attachment below, the FFM user id is the same user id that you use for logging in to https://portal.cms.gov. This was where you completed your ACA certification.
