Empower Brokerages, Inc. is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. We are looking for a modern-day storyteller who can elevate our brand’s online presence, drive engagement, and foster a vibrant community across various platforms. Position Overview: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty. This role requires a balance of creative vision, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to manage day-to-day operations and campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
路 Developing social media strategies with the aim of increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
路 Analyzing the long-term needs of the company鈥檚 social media strategy and offering quarterly reports to the management and executive teams, outlining any necessary changes to the overall digital marketing plan.
路 Creating captivating content for our organization鈥檚 social media sites, which may include writing blogs, articles, posts and multimedia content.
路 Staying up to date with the latest social media trends and digital technologies.
路 Developing and overseeing drawings and campaigns to draw attention to our brand.
路 Monitoring and responding to agent feedback, comments and social media posts
路 Creates and hosts monthly trainings for agents.
路 Availability for one-on-one calls to assist agents.
路 Creates social media packages and assets for distribution to agents.
路 Maintains the event calendar on site and handles promotional event messaging across social platforms and email campaigns.
路 Coordinates collection of event photo/video coverage from other departments as needed.
路 Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
路 Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new social media strategies and opportunities.
路 Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Skills:
路 Proven work experience (typically 3-5 years) as a Social Media Manager or similar digital marketing role.
路 Deep understanding of social media platforms, their unique features, and best practices for engaging content.
路 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional copywriting and editing abilities.
路 Proficiency in content creation and editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) for creating visually appealing assets.
路 Strong analytical skills with experience using social media analytics and reporting tools.
路 Proficient in social scheduling tools such as Hootsuite.
路 Proficient with email management platforms such as Klaviyo (preferred)
路 Creative thinking, problem-solving, and time-management abilities.
路 Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
路 A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field is often preferred.
