Humana’s new rewards program, dubbed Humana Reach rewards, is an incentive system for agents to produce and earn rewards based on their performance. The program looks like an airline or hotel-style reward program, where there are multiple avenues of earning rewards.
From enrolling clients in plans to attending Humana sponsored events in the field or virtual to something as simple as downloading marketing materials, the possibilities to earn points are endless. There are four tiers of membership within the rewards program: bronze (500 points), silver (1,500 points), gold (3,500 points), and platinum (6,000 points). Each membership tier has more perks than the rest.
Bronze: Marketing support from the Humana Marketing Resource Center
Silver: Bronze benefits, plus $100 in MRC credits, and access to Kaplan Professional Development Courses.
Gold: $150 in MRC credits, plus premium agent customer service support. Priority access to enrollment customer service and a direct phone number.
Platinum: $200 in MRC benefits, plus an AHIP certification subsidy, which will cover the $125 AHIP certification through Humana.
Ambassador: The highest level of membership. $500 in MRC credits, plus a plaque, a Google My Business page, and an exclusive ambassador training event.
This program exists for both new and existing agents, and you can sign up at any time and begin earning immediately! It is possible to earn points for essentially everything you do through Humana. 100 points for new enrollment plans. 30 points for electronic enrollment, in-field events, and any MRC order placement. 10 points can be earned for any virtual webinar joined via ignite. These are just some of the ways to earn via the rewards program!
Points and rewards do expire in certain periods. For instance, for all rewards earned between July 13 of this year and June 30 of 2021, those points or rewards will expire on December 31 of 2021.
This is a great way for all Humana agents to be incentivized to submit more business which in turn would help more people, in the long run, providing them with their healthcare needs. If you have a good enrollment season, you can be rewarded for it!
