After a year of hard work, we are excited to announce that Humana awards Empower Brokerage for excellence in customer service. Most specifically, Empower Brokerage received recognition from Humana for having the “fewest member complaints”. This award strengthens are long time commitment to customer satisfaction. Since the beginning of Empower Brokerage in 2005, we have taken strides towards ensuring a positive customer experience. Among those strides include safeguards, such as a CMS certified call center, management quality control procedures like live listening in to calls, recorded call reviews, and extensive agent training.
Ultimately, Empower’s mission is to help clients by ensuring they have the best health and financial coverage. In other words, the client comes first. When our agents – both our call center and field agents – share our mission, then our clients are happy.
