The SHOP Marketplace enrollment and payment system on HealthCare.gov will be unavailable on Friday, October 23rd for Employers, Employees, and Agent/Brokers due to planned maintenance.
Scheduled system maintenance will begin at 06:00am Eastern Time on October 23rd and finish at 11:59pm Eastern Time on October 23rd. The system will be fully functional again on October 24th.
During the maintenance window, the SHOP Call Center will only be able to assist with general questions about the SHOP Marketplace. You may contact the SHOP Call Center at 800-706-7893 9am-7pm Eastern Time.
