Agent Language Locator Service in California

In the coming months, the California Department of Insurance (CDI) will be launching a new agent language locator service which will let consumers find agents who speak languages other than English. Emailing CSB New Business

Your customer’s privacy is a top priority. We want to notify you that Cigna now has the CSBNewBusiness email address (CSBNewBusiness@cigna.com). It’s for general inquiries, such as application status. Please ensure you do not email any applications or customer information to the New Business email box that contains Protected Health Information (PHI). Some examples of protected information and PHI include much of the information contained on an application, like health conditions, medications, medical history, and other personally identifiable information about someone or their health.

Please fax all outstanding requirements to 888.695.2591 or call the Agent Resource Center at 877.454.0923. Emails received containing prohibited information will be deleted from the email box to follow the HIPAA guidelines.

MyPolicyHQ

With a MyPolicyHQ.com account, clients will have access to policy and coverage details, claim history, temporary ID cards, and can now update payment and contact information!

New Supply Ordering System

On February 11, 2017, AgentView will have a new supply ordering feature! Agents will be able to view material on the AgentView product pages and those items will have a quantity box where an order amount can be added to their cart. Once you’ve made your selection, go to the check out and your supplies will be printed, packed, and on their way free of charge.
